Appeal For 2021 Christmas Day Celebration With Inmates

The Ministry’s annual Christmas celebration with the inmates is one of the highlights of our Ministry, to witness effectively to our brothers and sisters behind bars and to give them the assurance that they are not forgotten as our vision for the Ministry states: “I was in prison and you came to visit me” says our Lord Jesus (Matthew 25:36).
Christmas day is a lonely day for the prisoner and without our message of “Peace on earth and mercy mild; God and sinners reconciled”, Christmas day could be miserable! The celebration of our Lord’s birth will be more meaningful if we join hands once again, and send cooked food and items e.g. bags of rice, bags of flour, biscuits, cooking oil, soft drinks, tin fish, boxes of carbolic soap, toothpastes, toothbrushes etc. to the prisoners.
The total budget for the Christmas party with our brothers and sisters behind the confines of the prisons nationwide is GHC 128,777.25. Cash or cheque donations to meet the various expenses would be greatly appreciated. Donations can be made at the National Office or into our Absa bank Gh. account no. 48/2488390 or Ecobank account no. 1441002143508 or mobile money no. 0245014186. The office will also be available to pick your donation from your location should you choose. All donations and contributions will be duly receipted and acknowledged.
